August 6 - Day 6



"Engineering 101"

Saturday we headed to the beach for a few hours. We went to Road's End in Lincoln City. There are 'dribbles' of water that head down to the waters edge. Dennis likes making large sand castles, with a moat is all the better.  Seth got to work making a damn, and then a 'river' from the 'lake' that was created. He had more than enough water for his moat. So much so it started undermining the castle walls. It was a fun project, Seth was more into it then other things we have had him do lately and the little boys LOVED the 'lake'

At one point I think we had 3x the kids we brought playing in our lake & river.
